大部份食材來自日本同法國,擺盤方面亦都見到別出心裁,樓高於25樓,中環大廈比較密密麻麻沒有什麼景色可言,空間感還是有的,因為有落地玻璃,吸取大量天然光。打卡位置係粉紅色牆身設計,再加上復古風味吧枱,配搭拱形門,影相其實好靚~一坐下,首先來了一籃麵包,麵包嘅外觀外觀油淋淋,但係好香軟~ 最美味係佢嘅醬,一個係芝士,另一個係用日本醬油調製,兩個都咁好食!😋 我好少咁樣讚啲麵包同醬 (😆 因為我細個早餐食麵包食得太多,一向對麵包好感度唔高)湯用個貝殼裝 🐚 忌廉魚湯,其實份量好少,只有大概係兩啖就已經飲完,但味道係好濃郁,好似魚精華咁~ 不過除咗魚之外呢,我覺得應該有其他海鮮嘢係入面一齊熬製而成 🤣 每一滴都好珍貴蝦干天婦羅,香脆⋯ 呢個冇咩特別,中途過下口癮香煎北海道帶子,上面加上XO醬,點上黃色嘅醬汁好好味 😋 旁邊個蘿蔔呢,都係有用時間去到熬製過特意選了法國鴿肉,鴿肉外層有焦糖燒過,鴿肉juicy~ 配啲甜甜地嘅香脆焦糖 💝 出乎意料地夾呀~ 馬德蓮貝殼蛋糕,有個楓葉🍁脆脆
