想食好啲,又怕聽日情人節多人,又分兩節時間,所以選返呢間米芝蓮餐廳,之前已食過一次,好回味,今次都想同蜜友食個甜蜜法式set dinner ,叫了兩個set dinner,價錢雖然節日前夕但同平時一樣冇貴到,太好喇!先上餐包,係由法國總店空運到港,呢個內軟外脆既法包,仲有脆香芝士酥餅條,超好食,配上自家製銀魚柳沙律醬,帶少少咸味,超好味。獨特的味道。頭盤叫了溫泉蛋配蘭度豆,野菌及黑松露油,溫泉蛋超滑。陣陣松露香味,個蘭度豆好特別,好似綠豆感覺。襯埋個南非白酒,帶有橡木味,食個溫泉蛋,好夾,香甜滑溜,個白酒不會苦澀,隻味道好特別,濃烈啲,較普遍白酒厚身。另一支Roseline 好清新,味道較淡,易入口呀!另一頭盤叫了吞拿魚刺身配番茄同埋有個辣醬汁及Salsa醬,另外有塊黑墨魚汁嘅脆片,味道豐富。主菜有名貴高質素烤澳洲牛柳,叫了medium rare五成熟。牛肉用左slow cook 至梗梗熟,上菜時再煎香,好正,肉汁鮮味,牛柳有質感,邊邊有粒洋蔥,唔好睇少佢,caramelised onion,slow cook with natural sugar 切開少片配牛柳食超夾。另一主菜叫了法
