唉,話時話宜家閒閒地係旺角,銅鑼灣食串牛什都成30蚊,真係貴到離晒譜!今日老公話話聽同事講,有間米芝蓮餐廳係食牛架噃,帶埋我去,Yeah, Let's go!餐廳係油麻地站B2出口,上到地面過一條馬路就到啦!店舖唔算大,裝修好有六,七十年代既感覺,幾有特色!我地叫左兩個常餐,金牌咖哩薯仔三寶飯+咖哩牛筋牛肚飯:三寶飯餸菜包括牛腩牛肚牛脷。牛腩,牛脷各有三件,牛肚就較多,牛腩分三種,爽腩,崩沙腩,坑腩,唔知呢個係用咩腩呢?我個人最中意牛腩,牛腩十分嫩滑,一D都唔un,食完唔會攝住啲牙,肥瘦度適中,瘦肉部分比較多,亦十分爽口,難怪可以成為連續五年米之蓮推介!而牛肚就爽口彈牙,牛脷屬於厚切,厚度大概有0.5cm厚,鮮香爽口,肉質細膩,三寶都係佳品!至於咖哩,係巴基斯坦咖哩,起初以為東南亞地區既咖哩會好辣好嗆喉,但原來好甜,似日本既甜咖哩咁,用啲咖哩用黎送飯一流!另外,我地唔夠喉,叫左個奶油豬Share~奶油豬脆卜卜,新鮮熱辣上枱,配合牛油同煉奶,甜甜地好開胃,而且價錢唔貴,大大個都止係$15咋!值得一讚係呢度既特飲,我地叫左常餐加$6有特飲,叫左"咸檸檬蜂蜜"同"蜂蜜薑汁薏米",咸檸檬蜂蜜,

值得一讚係呢度既特飲,我地叫左常餐加$6有特飲,叫左"咸檸檬蜂蜜"同"蜂蜜薑汁薏米",咸檸檬蜂蜜,齋睇名就知道呢杯味道比較複雜,起初試第一啖時覺得好咸,但之後就感覺有d甜味係口中,味道好有屬次感。蜂蜜薑汁薏米就好有新意,所謂薑汁唔係用薑汁加入飲品中,而係真係有薑粒架!杯野夠晒甜tim,消暑一流!
