是日我生日,我搵左間係觀塘既法國米芝蓮一星餐廳,食法國菜。地點都幾方便,出mtr行5分鐘左右就到。一入去燈光係微黃,有點氣氛,裝潢以海藍為主,都較為簡約,有大量沙發座位,仲有d酒架,廚房的設計係俾食客可以直接欣賞廚師烹調食物的過程,冇花冇假。兩人最後點了兩份setdinner。餐包廚師親自介紹,餐包係法國空運麵包,配自家製的醬,內有garlic,蒜等,吃完幾開胃。前菜方面,北海道帶子片配蘆筍片及番茄莎莎北海道帶子比較薄身,但有豐厚肉質的口感、甘甜的鮮味,係好新鮮的刺身,唔會食到一絲絲的肉。蘆筍片西餐常見的配菜,營養價值高,好薄切,放得好有心思,味道不濃但可以幫助帶出帶子的甜。溫泉蛋伴炒野菌及法國火腿連前菜都好有心思。野菌全部都好有野生的感覺,溫泉蛋係正中間,將佢拌勻後,能夠將野菌同法國火腿配合得好好,幾特別的食法。主菜:野生牛肝菌意粉配蘆筍忌廉汁$218我點左野生牛肝菌意粉,牛肝菌肉質肥厚,因貌似牛肝而得名。佢子實體粗壯肉厚,結實細嫩,營養豐富,配蘆筍忌廉汁會變得creamy,係濃郁與清新結合,令牛肝菌的香味更突出。食落仲有一陣橡木或松木的清香。三文魚蝦串燒伴新薯及意大利瓜$328造型

就住環境黎講,人流都多,但係唔會好嘈,可能大家都知道係高級小小既餐廳,唔好咁大聲講野。而野食既食材除左新鮮,食物的造型都好有心思,而你真係可以親眼睇住廚師點樣煮俾你食,你會好期待同覺得好認真的感覺。
Overall 兩個人$700左右,生日快樂,多謝肥仔。
