To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日 去開北角做嘢， 下午茶時間， 梗係去食好嘢， 黎都麥記 ，一樣人山人海， 咁耐日子都依舊多人，， 今日 食咗生煎包鍋貼 同埋一塊蔥油餅， 生煎包皮薄餡靚多汁， 煎到脆卜卜嘅包底， 一咬落去留汁嘅感覺 。正。 鍋貼細細隻，啱啱好一口一隻，味道一流 。蔥油餅就係最有回憶嘅食物，香蔥配合少少嘅鹹香， 煎到脆卜卜嘅餅身，咬落有口感 ，真係冇得頂。
