鮮蝦腸粉,表面白雪雪,滑滑的粉皮自家製造,入口很香的米漿味,中間選用新鮮的蝦肉,蝦肉入口爽口彈牙,非常新鮮,加上精製的豉油,食得出廚師的心機。香煎黃金糕,兩面煎到金黃色,微焦而帶脆口,中間軟糯,越食越甘香。糯米雞材料比較豐富有臘腸粒、鹹蛋黃及豬肉粒,令糯米吃起來更香軟入味。糯米雞大小剛剛好,一人份量。蟹肉小籠包,用上新鮮蟹肉,蟹肉鮮甜多汁,而且蟹肉和豬肉嘅比例剛好, 選用食材新鮮,小籠包皮薄多汁,味道鹹鮮,一口一啖剛剛好,好好味。家鄉鯪魚肉有果皮,臘腸,蝦米粒用料很傳統,食起上嚟令人很回味。杏汁蛋白茶,入口杏汁香濃,細緻順滑,入口細棉,加上雪白的蛋白,蛋白爽滑而且很香的蛋白味,飲得出食得到,人手製作冇得彈。
