這味酸菜桂魚片是四川名菜,我在內地吃過一次,雖麻中帶辣,魚片嫩滑,可惜湯底盡是辣椒油和辣椒,實在有點吃不慣。


但眼前的一大碗酸菜桂魚片,份量多,湯底呈奶黃,入口甘醇不覺麻辣,魚片鮮甜爽脆,配搭酸菜,口感酸甜微辣,很開胃呢!

這客雲吞只有六顆,索價$98實在稱不上便宜呢!不過湯頭清澈,雲吞粒粒分明亮澤,皮薄滑,嚐一口,蝦肉彈牙,妹妹最喜歡吃了,哈哈!


▫️作為米芝蓮餐廳,唯一挑剔的是賣相不夠精緻吸引,不過食物完全彌補這項不足,菜式質素毫不遜色,每道菜都很有水準呢!
