To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前外國朋友嚟香港玩,我就專登帶佢哋食添好運,呢間分店位置方便,香港站一出就係,不過座位就坐得比較迫夾,唔係特別舒服嗰一隻。餐牌幾好有英文,方便外國人點菜,其中見到好多食客都係外國人或者遊客。必食一定係酥皮焗叉燒包$23有三小個,熱辣辣,皮係類似墨西哥包咁樣嘅,超美味!蝦餃燒賣腐皮卷都好食!腸粉都唔錯啲皮幾滑!
