經過尖沙咀海防道見到皇玥,記得之前有朋友介紹我,試過非常美味,今次自己入去再選購。知道皇玥的師傅係半島月餅的始創人和米芝蓮2星的餅藝師傅,有質素保證,今次我買咗牛油脆曲奇和芝士薄脆。曲奇香酥又鬆脆,牛油味夠哂濃郁。店員介紹佢哋的曲奇係用上天然嘅法國牛油、上等麵粉同雞蛋為材料。 芝士薄脆非常有驚喜,薄薄一片,口感輕盈,非常美味香脆,值得推介!除此之外,店種類好多,仲有蝴蝶酥、唐果子、蜂巢蛋卷、酥條、月餅……非常多選擇。
