去吃牛腩麵,往往都看到食肆自命馳名/招牌牛腩,個個都馳名,唔通個個都真係馳名咩。要出師有名,當然不能自吹自擂,能夠在米芝連上名,才不是浪得虛名。招牌清湯腩河 $38(細) 蘿蔔 $16份量有兩種選擇,點了細的,原來份量一點也不少。牛腩大件河粉多,還有大件白蘿蔔,估計點份量大的話可以兩至三人分享。先吃河粉,口感軟腍彈綿,不會粘作一團。夾起牛腩,未放入口已經聞到牛肉羶香味,肉軟腍不乾鞋,脂肪比例及分布恰好,充滿牛肉油香,富有油潤感而不膩。牛腩跟白蘿蔔是天生的絕配,除了湯河中原有的一大件蘿蔔,我追加了一份。蘿蔔好大件,而且軟腍入味,不會有渣。
