胡椒豬肚雞煲半隻,唔食咁多肉,食多點菜喇 ﹗到現時唯止每次都係胡椒豬肚雞,其實想試啤酒鴨煲,但要早兩日訂呢。朋友仔又唔食豬肚,益晒我 啦,不過真係好多。豬肚用酒醃過,有淡淡酒香,可僻左苦味又另肉質更嫩,好食。雞肉嫩滑無比,索左胡椒既香味更加好食 ﹗牛丸,唔記得左唔好食架添,只係一棵棵的粉丸,無正常牛丸既口感同味道。金菇、枝竹同貢丸都無問題,食得過。魚腐最好味,將鯪魚肉釀入腐皮裡面,外皮又香又嚥韌,裡面嫩滑多汁,好好食。鯪魚滑,好奇怪,點解唔同我地係屋企食開架呢?依隻腍好多,完全無膠無彈牙感覺,滑就非常滑喇,係咪落左蛋白呢?而且魚腥味較濃,食唔到有麻油或胡椒粉味,不過我覺得幾好食喎。手切本地牛肉,阿姐話係牛頸脊黎架喎,梗係即刻要啦 ﹗兩個人要細碟都夠食,唔好貪心。好好味,鮮嫩多汁,牛味濃郁,只係太薄令口感差左少少。唔知係咪睇到我早前係 openrice 狠批恐怖肥牛,所以依家多左安格斯同牛頸脊選擇呢?
