又是老婆以前工作時的回憶小店, 這家在粉嶺開了二十多年的小食店, 無論任何時間都維持着一條長長的人龍, 等候着它的蒸類小食, 並不是什麼驚為天人的菜式, 就是從前小時候一定接觸過的小食: 腸粉, 燒賣, 牛肉球, 粉果……首先有穩定的人流, 就不會難食到那裏, 因為店家會不斷製造新的小食, 做完即蒸即點即食, 夠熱燙又怎會難吃呢!由四五元四條, 現在變成八元四條, 又是通貨膨脹的結果, 和另一腸粉名店合益泰比較, 米奇香差不多, 口感更加順滑但豉油少了鹹香, 整體來說不錯. 其他小食最深刻的是墨魚丸和陳皮魚蛋, 前幾者有墨魚粒的口感, 後者有陳皮甘香, 真的可說名副其實. 無論如何, 滿足老婆的回憶味道, 這比當中的美食更重要.My wife has tried the rice roll of this shop at Fanling when she worked many years ago there. My wife has tried the rice roll of this shop at Fanling when she worked many years ago there. The cost has increased a lot but luckily the flavour and texture are dull as good as before. Other dishes such as fish ball and beef ball are also recommended.
