呢間真係粉嶺必吃。必食嘅包括豬手、牛丸同炸卷(星期六日公眾假期食炸卷就真係睇你彩數)。豬手雖然清湯煮,不過又無豬酥味,而且又夠淋。牛丸細細粒夠彈牙,炸卷其實就係咸牛肉炸腐皮卷,腐皮夠脆,同咸牛肉又好夾,所以都真係好好食。個人建議叫碗牛丸麵再加一碗大嘅淨豬手就最理想。
