每次幾過都見到好多人,難得今日無乜人,一於衝入去試下去叉燒醬油拉麵叉燒拉麵配醬油湯底,湯頭濃郁夠味!雖則係醬油,但佢用豬骨湯底做膽,食落去唔會有死咸既感覺,清清地唔會太過油膩叉燒味增拉麵同醬油相比,味道較濃郁,食拉麵嘅時候,麵條掛湯煙韌,即使唔飲湯,都食到湯底既精華,湯底配上厚切叉燒,惹味十足玉子燒睇價錢無諗過咁大份!所以仲嗌多份芝士玉子燒,味道唔錯唔會燒到過老,食落仲好軟熟,相比之下,個人較喜歡加芝士,除左有芝士咸香,仲有少少流心既感覺溏心蛋 強烈推介溏心蛋,整顆蛋的熟度掌握得非常好,蛋白熟但蛋黃依然半熟,好味😋
