記得很久很久食過,老板是一位日本人,將一份日本烹調拉麵技術帶到入一個小墟,當時食一碗日本拉麵算是昂貴一餐,今日重臨舊地驚喜的是價格依舊,老板已改由年輕女廚師主理,味道要嘗後先知。據聞小店的爵士拉麵同年糕拉麵都非常出色,不過我選擇了(小)叉燒拉麵,味噌湯底。🥢先呷了一口湯頭,味噌豬骨湯濃度合適但沒有特別,麵條卻好有驚喜,爽口彈牙帶帶陣陣麥香,麵條掛湯口感有嚼頭不錯。🥢叉燒厚厚的三大片份量頗多,味道濃郁豐富肥瘦剛好,味道有滷香味👍,不過再淋多一點較好。🥢另加糖心蛋 $15 ,超好食糖心蛋黃軟滑滿嘴蛋香,蛋白都非常嫩滑可口。店員同女廚師都非常細心親切服務不錯👍。
