-粉果佬-@大埔.大埔名物,好多人話佢地的燒賣名過其實,但粉果佬燒賣一直係我心目中燒賣的No.1。.魚肉燒賣 ($10/5粒)每粒燒賣都係每日人手包的,粒粒形狀不一但都好飽滿。燒賣皮蒸得好滑身;餡料用上豬肉同魚肉,食落夠晒口感,特別煙韌。.另外都好鍾意佢地的辣油,唔會一味死辣,仲好重辣椒香味,一流。.平時會買定一大盒未整熟的燒賣返屋企,口痕個時蒸15分鐘就食得 (圖2)。.依家好少見佢地大排長龍,對我黎講係好事,唔洗等。如果黎大埔真係好值得一試。.老闆娘同店長姐姐都好nice,有時會送多粒。
