每年我也會支持癌症基金會粉紅革命國際乳癌關注月,今年十月跟美女好友來到香港港麗酒店,支持首度與香港乳癌基金會攜手呈獻的愛心粉熊下午茶為關注乳癌出點點綿力。下午茶設於樂聚廊 Lobby Lounge中供應,滿滿的溫暖陽光滲透著每個角落正是這兒最有魅力的地方。這個下午茶可選一杯粉嫩無比的粉紅佳人主題特飲!以玫瑰露、話梅、椰子水及梳打水調製而成,除了賣相美絕的粉紅色之外味道也挺為特別,而不愛特飲的朋友可另選即磨咖啡或TWG茗茶來享用。這一系列精美點心是由新任糕餅主廚簡政傑Ason Kan精心炮製,以優雅粉色為主調的鹹甜美點放在高貴的玻璃器皿中端到我們面前好養眼。率先品嚐我喜歡的鹹點先!三款鹹點分別是鵝肝慕絲配士多啤梨、蟹肉配西瓜及紅菜頭醃三文魚配辣根忌廉,全部以鮮紅造型示人顏色非常奪目而且很惹人垂涎。油潤的紅菜頭醃三文魚吃下非常嫩滑,配襯帶點刺激的辣根忌廉味道令人胃口大開。蟹肉配西瓜這個組合非常相夾,一口吃下甜的西瓜汁充斥口腔,加上鮮嫩蟹肉這件點心味道真的很吸引。甘香鵝肝慕絲碰上香甜的士多啤梨,拼奏出誘惑口感和齒頰留香的味道非常醉人。來到品嚐我最喜歡的鬆餅環節!這兒的經典英式鬆餅有原味及紅莓

來到品嚐豐富的甜點時間喇!當中包括有迷你紅桑子法式泡芙、荔枝紅桑子玫瑰慕絲蛋糕、雲呢拿士多啤梨蛋糕、白朱古力紅果杯及紅桑子朱古力棒棒,每款造型也美麗粉嫩相當吸睛,當中雲呢拿士多啤梨蛋糕口感鬆軟味道香甜最能討我歡心。
