To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行經銅鑼灣,見到有啲人喺度影緊相,我又八卦一下望一望,最後仲入咗去食飯添!👍🏻 春祭限定拉麵「桜ラーメン」粉紅色嘅湯底係用咗清雞湯做底,加上濃郁既櫻花蝦粉、紅菜頭汁同忌廉烹調而成,飲落幾淡身同時帶點清香,飲多兩啖亦都能夠品嚐到櫻花蝦嘅味道。(一般拉麵會配豚肉,但呢一款就配有雞肉),雞肉索哂汁唔會鞋口。但由於湯底比較稀身,未必能夠做到好掛湯嘅效果。👍🏻 櫻花水玄信餅擺盤見心思,水玄信餅口感好似啫喱,加入配備喺旁邊嘅吸管,把黑糖醬慢慢滲入去。📸花見為題的切繪畫作(由3月18日至5月10日限定展出),行經銅鑼灣可以影返幾張相,雕刻得幾靚!💡食完飯仲行咗轉Donki,幻想日本半天遊!
