粗菜館係上世紀九十年代蔡瀾有份開嘅一間飯店,九龍城總店同佐敦間店我都曾經食過晚飯!自從佐敦分店結業後,我就無再去過,2016年喺北角炮台山開番,我都係今日先同朋友來食晚飯據我理解,所謂粗菜,即粗茶淡飯,昔日香港五、六十年代,平民食嘅都係粗茶淡飯点會好似而家啲人咁,餐餐大魚大肉🐟🍗今時今日,「粗茶淡飯」, 已成為一種懷舊特色菜入面裝潢簡單清雅在呢度會食到上一代人講嘅夠鑊氣,如惠州梅菜扣肉、家鄉煎魚餅、蜆蚧炒鮮牛肉、秘製煀乳鴿、招牌菜炒魚雲、炒魚腩及豬油撈飯等家鄉懷舊菜;招牌菜炒豬雜,上一代慳儉人嘅下欄菜,將豬肝、粉腸、豬心及豬肺等內臟炒埋一碟,重点係有鑊氣我同朋友都唔係重口味,所以簡單叫咗兩個比較清淡嘅菜整體上,呢度嘅菜大大碟,夠鑊氣,好重口味,充满昔日香江情懷,價錢算合理。我同朋友食完感覺好滯同有啲口乾🙅‍♀️如果閣下偏愛重口味,相信會啱食😅
