To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過牛油粟米~係兒時回憶。依加已經無咁多地方有得食。成日見到葵芳依間緣味之家有好多人排隊，今日掃街要見到有得賣牛油粟米，賣$8，都唔係好貴(記得細個係賣$5)，諗都無諗就買左黎食😂因為真係好少見同埋太耐無食。店員即叫即撈，粟米會裝到滿哂。而味道方面，粟米可以再熱小小就更正，暖暖地岩岩可以溶到d牛油，唔會一粒粒。而牛油份量都夠，食到有好香牛油味，d粟米好似加左蜜糖咁好甜好好味。下次再黎幫襯。
