「新記」一向出名食貴妃雞粥同紅燒乳鴿,但其實佢啲小菜都一樣咁正,今晚就同朋友嚟筲箕灣分店開餐。餐廳佔地 2 層,門面光猛,環境舒適,裝修簡潔又企理。紅燒元朗脆皮乳鴿 ($76)  乳鴿即點即炸,新鮮熱辣,大小適中,骨肉勻稱,調味亦啱啱好,咬落皮脆肉嫩又 Juicy,唔使點淮鹽食已經好好味!貴妃雞粥 ($59)  雞粥大大煲,雞味十分香濃,粥底好綿好入味,充滿雞油香,雞肉滑嫩又有肉地,一啲都唔嚡口,加埋香脆嘅油條  ($12),送粥一流!菠蘿咕嚕肉 ($61)  咕嚕肉賣相好靚仔,用上肥瘦均勻嘅肉嚟烹調,入口外脆內爽,配料有菠蘿、洋蔥、三色椒等,伴以酸酸甜甜嘅甜酸汁,很惹味。豉汁蒸倉魚 ($67)  加咗 $20 將蒸魚轉咗做套餐,配熱飲及白飯一碗,轉凍飲+$3。條魚好新鮮,肥美肉厚,以傳統嘅豉汁嚟蒸,火喉掌握得恰到好處,魚肉食落好嫩滑,加埋豆豉齊吃,咸香惹味,用嚟送飯啱啱好!食完飯再嘆番杯凍奶茶(+$3),一樂也!杯奶茶飲落唔錯,夠滑同有茶味😋
