一位極喜好廣東式粥品小食的朋友約我在這街角小店下午茶聚這時段人流較少可以放心閒聊,坐下後看到菜牌不單有粥品油器,茶餐廳的常餐多士亦有供應本意來吃粥品所以先選了蝦蟹粥(中窩),再以鮮蝦腸粉及炸兩做配搭熱氣騰騰的一窩生滾粥内放花蟹一只,數一數有半打中蝦,粥底綿軟有米味,蝦蟹鮮味滲入,相當匹配鲜蝦腸粉傳統手拉,皮軟滑適中,大大隻鲜蝦好爽口,加小許醬油更添滋味炸兩皮軟薄包起脆卜卜油條好有口感,加入甜,辣,芝麻混醬及芝麻粒,味道不言而知,妙極意猶未足再來一個牛腩炒腸粉沙窩上, 熱辣辣的煎脆腸粉伴濃味柱侯牛腩,再灑芝麻粒,绝配捨糖水而以現磨熱走糖豆漿(客人可自己加)完滿结束這粥品宴
