To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粥品還算靠得住

在好友推介下光顧，試了聞名的鹹肉粽及肉丸魚腩粥。鹹肉粽沾上清清的粽葉香氣，粽身相對較乾身，味夾微微豆香。粽內餡料不算食多，有一小隻鹹香蛋黄，亦有肥瘦適中的豬肉，味道還算不錯。肉丸魚腩粥方面，配料份量OK，肉丸味道普通，口感亦唔算彈牙。魚腩相對較佳，味道鮮甜，質感結實細滑。粥底以不含味精及以魚湯烹制作招來，老實說，粥底雖味道不錯，稀杰恰宜，但魚香味道不什突出。店中無茶水供應，感覺有點不足。多點柑桔蜜一杯，味道淡淡的，不太欣賞。另外，未知是否漏單緣固，那碗粥需待二十五分鐘加嗺三次才有得吃，差了一點喎？！
