To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大角嘴的分店跟灣仔總店的分別係 前者會有一壺蘋果茶 同一般的茶介唔同 多一份清新的口味知道靠得住係靠鮮魚湯粥底打出名堂 由6種鮮魚以4個鐘頭去熬製出黎 就試試佢的魚腩粥吧!果然好鮮甜 粥底軟綿綿的 魚腩亦都大大件另外嗌左份炸醬雲吞撈麵 中規中矩 雲吞麵湯底太咸 還是推介佢地的粥品吧

Other Info. : 食物質素尚可但服務認真麻麻 坐底左好耐都未有人送上茶 落單上菜都等左好耐 有待改善
