有時候,不論天氣多熱還是會被火鍋的魅力吸引著,想著新鮮的海鮮已經忍不住口要GOGOGO。今次選擇了吃粥底火鍋,配著海鮮拼盤、份量滿多。做粥底前,會先把貝類蒸熟,令稍後下鍋的龍蝦鮑魚粥更甜,蜆和貝的款式不同,有本地的、外來進口的,肉質都很鮮甜。龍蝦肉質厚身,龍蝦味濃,配蝦膏食十分滋味。鮮蝦爽口彈牙,很新鮮,蝦味十足。其他配菜也來了開派對,雪花肥牛,花膠、鮮蝦水餃、百花釀冬菇等等。雪花肥牛肉味道甚濃,肉質嫰滑,配上蒜泥,味道更佳。最後花膠配上精美所在的粥底,鮮味十足。
