天氣稍為涼咗少少🌬 #小秘書 班「邊爐腳」已經蠢蠢欲動,安排飯局👀 今年打響頭炮嘅係 鍋心粥底火鍋 - 佐敦 店🍻 其實 #小秘書 聽就聽過呢間餐廳個名好耐,但係幫襯就係第一次。#鍋心 嘅海鮮選擇唔多,今日羔蟹做咗主角😋好飽肉又多羔,仲有好生猛嘅鮮蝦同鮑魚💦 其餘嘅都以貝殼類為多🐟🦐 我仲以為用粥水滾熟哂啲海鮮,個粥底會好甜... 不過唔知係咪我哋一邊煮嘅時候,服務員一邊幫我哋加咗幾次粥水,搞到愈煮愈無哂啲鮮味😌 臨尾嘅時候,服務員仲加送咗一碗「杰撻撻嘅豬骨粥底」+鍋心五寶「豬油渣、芫荽、菜脯粒、大頭菜、冬菜」 落煲粥入邊搞勻... 但係味度都係爭咁啲,朋友仔仲誇張到要加啲豉油落粥釣味😅🤣 成煲粥真係好淡口!不過加埋飲品都係$230@ 算係ok啦!
