To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小時候最討厭吃淡水魚,順理成章,魚粥自然也是我討厭的食物之一.直到某年某月光顧上環生記,方知道原來一直以來都被冬菇亭粗製濫造的魚腩粥所蒙蔽.魚粥粥底原來可以咁鮮甜,魚腩原來可以一啲都唔腥.自此四出尋找滋味魚粥,尤其喜愛佐敦新興棧.至於灣仔的靠得住,一直久聞大名卻苦無機會嚐到.是日剛巧要到灣仔辦事,正好順道幫襯一下.雖說是順道,其實還得專程過去,靠得住位於克街,離灣仔旺區修頓球場,會展那邊有點遠.是日兩時多到達,人客不多,伙記都在打牙骹.環境方面,光猛整潔,座位也算頗舒適.牆壁都貼滿報章雜誌的報導,說其魚湯粥底乃全港首創,鹹肉糭全港第一.不過我屋企樓下間街坊茶樓,何嚐唔係話自己蝦餃稱皇,燒賣稱霸?是吹噓還是真材實料,試過先知.若果午晚市時段幫襯的話,靠得住的價錢算是頗貴,一碗生滾的及第粥要42蚊,非生滾的皮蛋瘦肉粥要29蚊.再配一隻鹹肉糭的話已經要50-60蚊了.還好兩時半是下午茶時段,30蚊左右的下午茶套餐包括一款非生滾粥和一款小食.是日點了一碗生拆泥鯭粥配一碟炒麵,本想再加一隻糭,想起之後還要去再興吃叉燒飯,唯有作罷.生拆泥鯭粥--熱騰騰的端上來,用匙羹一搯,粥底綿綿的掛在羹上,稀稠

生拆泥鯭粥--熱騰騰的端上來,用匙羹一搯,粥底綿綿的掛在羹上,稀稠適中.慢慢地把它吹涼再送進嘴,緩緩噎下,舌底兩邊竟殘留微微的甜味.飲茶就話回甘啫,你點諗到食粥會回甘?呢種感覺真係從未試過.即使稍後發現靠得住啲泥鯭真係超唔掂,粥底我仍舊會俾滿分.筆者認為,一間食肆能不能讓客人返轉頭,獨特性非常重要.靠得住的粥底,好味之處是獨立於生記和新興棧以外,要食這種粥就真的只有在靠得住,難怪坊間的評價能夠那麼高!說回粥料,所謂生拆泥鯭,筆者可以肯定那是急凍貨.肉質霉軟不在話下,入口還有微腥.結果我是挑開了沒吃,奉勸各位還是避開泥鯭為妙.
這碗其實係艇仔粥,是我再訪靠得住時所點.內有燒鴨浮皮鯇片等,味道也不錯.

炒麵--碟頭真的很細,粗豪點其實可以一啖食完.我喜歡把炒麵當成炸麵,用粥把麵泡一下,一來可以令麵變熱,二來吃麵時又可以吃到粥的鮮甜味.單以炒麵而論,算是中上,吃畢碟上沒有多餘的豉油和油膩.不過碟頭真的很細,當作正餐的話準會吃不飽.
夠乾身,不油膩,是一碟不錯的炒麵.

早前跟一名廣州老饕討論過粥品,他說現今的生滾粥很多都是同一款味,原因是粥底味道調較得太濃,結果雞粥魚粥送進嘴裡全是同一種味道.見到靠得住的雞粥標榜用雞湯處理,真的很想邀約他來試試.日後想食靚粥,又多一個好選擇.不過泥鯭是大忌,切記切記!是日一人埋單HKD30,價錢普通.
