To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一個人去附近吃早餐，來到這間全港有多間分店的「靠得住」。它曾獲得米芝蓮之選的粥店！餐廳主要供應各式粥、麵、糭等傳統中菜。這間分店環境不錯，使用QR code點單，但服務員態度一般。餐廳的茶是蘋果紅茶，雖然要加$3，但個人覺得是值得的，因為真的很好喝！他的粥品每日新鮮熬製，是採用魚湯作粥底。所以有一份魚的鮮甜味道作粥底。今日叫了皮蛋瘦肉粥（走青），粥分量不少，而且很綿，很清甜！吃完很暖胃。另外，配以很嫩滑的混醬腸粉，真的很不錯啊！
