To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實香港有好多粥鋪，一般價錢都係20-30內已經有一碗生滾粥，但呢間米芝連推介嘅粥麵鋪最平都接近40蚊。不過，食過就知真係同一般食嘅係有分別，完全對得住呢個價！佢最出名嘅心肝寶貝粥係帶子+豬潤，唔鍾意食豬潤嘅可以揀帶子粥，佢嘅帶子並唔係細細粒嗰d，而係成塊oreo餅咁大嘅size鮮味唔腥，配上綿綿粥底，真係好味！價錢雖然有d貴，套餐加小菜都6x-7x。另外佢嘅腸粉都一樣出色，滑得黎唔會一夾就散，配上豉油，甜醬，麻醬同辣醬一齊食，完全另一種境界灣仔鋪比較細，有時坐得幾逼同要等位，不過好味嘅野都無乜所謂
