To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粥靠得住

約了晚飯在九時望望手錶才六時多,不吃點東西的話應該捱不到開飯已暈倒街頭!腦中想起了這家想來而久但一直欠點緣份的店.來到並沒有點叫食友們推薦的豬膶粥,反而被餐牌上的拆肉泥鯭粥吸引了視線.沒有味精是最大賣點油炸鬼----當然不會是餐牌上所標示的鮮炸,凍凍硬硬浸入粥內吃是還可以的.吃粥配油炸鬼這習慣總是改不了.拆肉泥鯭粥----是不是首家用魚湯來做湯底不得而知(印象中上環的生記好像也是)粥吃起來有很"溶"的感覺,吃完嘴角有點黏.但又不是很綿滑那種.如果喜吃泥鯭粥的應該會知道是欠缺了點泥鯭的鮮甜味及果皮的香.吃過最難忘的味道始終是在已結業的新兜記.在天氣冷的日子吃了碗熱氣騰騰的粥感覺確是不錯!而一如餐牌上所示不加味精,吃後不口乾也是事實.

 油炸鬼----當然不會是餐牌上所標示的鮮炸,凍凍硬硬浸入粥內吃是還可以的.吃粥配油炸鬼這習慣總是改不了.
