To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為我們只有4個人, 所以不能試太多餸, 4餸+1煲仔飯. 粵式菜要的是'火氣'和味道, 這兩個要求都能達到, 祗是'海鮮什菜煲'較為一般.值得一提, 盡可能先預約定位. 不然可能需要等上一定時間.另外, 這飯店環境較為熱鬧, 所以適合大伙兒聚會!!!!
