To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間十分出名的中菜不容易預約。星期六的午餐,差不多滿座。我坐樓上,環境比樓下靜。開茶後,有一碟合桃,非常好食!點了3款點心及3款小菜,點心整體不錯,不過作為米芝蓮一星,有很多進步空間。小菜有鵝肝金錢雞,這個菜色很特別,其他中菜很少有,十分出色,味道很好,值得一試!另外有蝦球,這個也很不錯,蝦球很大隻,很爽口,配菜亦很夾,有少少辣,一向不太吃辣的我也能吃,但味道非常好!最後一個小菜,花膠雞煲,雞明顯是雪藏的,完全沒有味道,一點也不滑,花膠亦很少,感覺就像熟的雞跟湯混在一起,這個菜有點失望!服務態度不錯,整體尚算可以,5星酒店的餐廳來說,價錢也不是太貴。
