吃一頓豐盛晚餐,如果能夠添加一些視聽娛樂,這就是完美!但我所指的並非演藝表演及音樂,而是與廚師之間的互動,今晚夜到訪的蟹道。野田,意想不到的見證蟹前蟹後的全程製作,憑著與主廚眼神的接觸,感受到重視及他的心意,本來少少的不一樣,倍添精彩。位於九如坊這條靜靜的街道,其實與繁忙的中環相距不遠,名符其實旺中帶靜。店舖面積不大,壽司吧已經佔領大部分位置。主打蟹的蟹道。野田,晚上只供應蟹之廚師發辦,每位$1500,聽來不便宜,但日本名蟹向來不便宜,再加上日籍大師親身處理,菜式美味漂亮,份量豐富,絕對物有所值!店子裝潢清雅柔和,日式風格,除了廚師桌可容十人外,亦設置屏風間隔四人桌三張,適合不同客人之喜好。桌上用品擺設雅緻,機乎所有用品皆印上蟹之圖案或店之名字,真是處處是蟹!採用彩色陶瓷用具,小杯配上抹茶,顔色非常配合,感受到高貴氣質。我們的蟹我們正在等食之際,出乎意料之外,一位師傅從廚房走出來,把我們的蟹送到面前,一只巨大無比的鱈場蟹及一只小小的毛蟹、生猛爪動、來自北海道的活貨,正就是我們的晚餐;見到真身,心情特別雀躍,好奇心俱使下,並在師傅之同意之下,我用心碰碰兩只蟹,本來以為十分硬的蟹殼外層卻有
我們的蟹 我們正在等食之際,出乎意料之外,一位師傅從廚房走出來,把我們的蟹送到面前,一只巨大無比的鱈場蟹及一只小小的毛蟹、生猛爪動、來自北海道的活貨,正就是我們的晚餐; 見到真身,心情特別雀躍,好奇心俱使下,並在師傅之同意之下,我用心碰碰兩只蟹,本來以為十分硬的蟹殼外層卻有少許軟棉,活生的果然不同! 待我們拍照及驗貨後,兩只蟹便返回廚被製作。
全蟹宴包括不同吃法,刺身、蒸、煮、燒、焗齊備;並再以$200,追加炭燒和牛或鱔。 炭燒亦是這店的特色,需知道香港食肆能獲炭燒牌照不易,我們剛好面對炭爐坐著,隔著玻璃,見到熊熊烈火,胖胖的主廚工作,亦是樂趣,奇怪地一點熱辣感覺亦無。

一頓豐盛的蟹宴,無論賣相及味道皆精彩絕倫。 選材上乘,日籍 廚師廚藝出衆,對客熱誠有heart;環境基本舒適,稍嫌沒有放衣物之位置;其他服務員中規中矩,只照本子辦事,價錢進取但物有所值,我的心水推薦!
