我出左名係粟米狂,去到邊食乜,中西式咩都好,都會叫有粟米既菜式,有同事就叫我黎呢度試下有個粟米頭盤,於是就拉左兩個好朋友陪我。呢度啲頭盤選擇幾多,款式睇落亦幾吸引,出面唔多食到,其實佢啲主菜都有返咁上下水準,只係我地之後掛住食唔記得影相,所以今次就重點寫關於頭盤既食評啦,嘻嘻……同事叫我必試既就係呢個香甜粟米及BB菠菜葉香草忌廉汁,菠菜葉既鮮同粟米既甜好夾,加埋忌廉汁入口好creamy,咬落爽爽脆脆咁,好sweet好好味,真係好想自己獨食呀!!!!再黎一個都係比較清新既頭盤:芝士焗露筍,露筍睇落好翠綠,食起黎好鮮嫩、卜卜脆……芝士溶化左之後滲透入去,口感更滑溜。仲有一個係自家製香草醬脆薯角,本身脆薯角炸到比較脆口,加入左香草醬正好中和左果份熱氣既感覺,可以食得真薯味。下次會記得影主菜架喇,到時再分享啦!
