上海菜整得好食就吾會油淋淋,今日呢間醉江南雖然舖頭細細,兼要搭枱,但係菜式多之餘,上菜更是非常快手。上海酸辣湯:材料都是一般上海酸辣湯的材料,都幾正宗,不會太酸或太辣,而且濃度亦適中,不會太「結」。花雕醉雞:雞肉充滿酒香味,雞皮很彈牙,雞肉則很嫩滑,最重要是皮下不會有很多肥油或肥膏,很好味。清炒豆苗:豆苗很新鮮、翠綠,不會很油膩,食落爽口鮮嫩。三色拼盤:主要有勲魚、涼拌三絲和烤夫,勲魚整得很香脆,完全沒有腥味,也不會有太多魚骨,很出色!涼拌三絲有芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲、萵筍絲和黑木耳,感覺清淡; 烤夫則很入味;雖然這是一種涼拌前菜,但份量也不少。離坐時,菜館已充滿人流,證明這間菜館的食物質素應該是相當不錯的!
