最近發現相當火紅的法式fine dining餐廳,位世貿中心11樓,夜晚可以從落地玻璃欣賞到尖沙咀維港景色。餐廳裝修好有情調,用圖書館佈局裝修,晚上仲有駐場歌大唱英文歌。今晚來到主要是試tasting menu,$1388 一位。Seafood Trio頭盤用圓型器皿分三層上菜,第一層是日本海膽,顏色鮮明,食落鮮甜。第二層是八爪魚薄片,配上橄欖油好清新。第三層是魚子醬配煙鰻魚mousse,充滿smoky feel。Scottish King Razor Clam & King Crab有多種食材配搭在一起,有皇帝蟹肉、魚子同蛤肉,底層有乾冰保持温度,造成煙霧彌漫感覺。Italian Zucchini Flower & Iberico Ham脆卜卜的球型外層包住鴨肉,仲有伊比利亞黑毛豬火腿。Bouillabaisse龍蝦湯配大蜆,濃厚的蝦味在口腔揮之不去 蜆肉大大粒仲好有咬口。French Morel & Fish Maw羊肚菌配魚肚,法式跟中式配搭,魚肚經過炭燒好香口。Charcoal Grilled French Pigeon主菜是烤鴿肉,侍應推介medium rare。上菜時傳來勁

當晚餐廳食飯有多人慶祝生日,live band更加會走到客人面前大唱生日歌,好有氣氛。更誇張係是晚總共有超過10對客人慶祝,十分誇張。
