經過銅鑼灣舊公司,探完同事後,見時間尚早跟老公去撐枱腳,粵菜始終都係我最中意的菜系今次坐唔到廂房,坐在正廳都一樣好舒適,環境昏黃一片,空間闊落,都好適合一家大細去食野。前菜小食係蜜餞核桃,香脆的核桃粒的外層是甜甜的糖衣,嘆返杯熱騰騰的普洱茶係人生一大樂事鮑汁鳳爪鳳爪煮得夠稔身,滿滿的骨膠原,食鳳爪很訓練到口技,鳳爪算厚肉大隻,吸收了鮑汁,很入味。仲有花生浸在容器內,很有口感。尖椒皮蛋皮蛋是凍盤,每小塊皮蛋外層有冰花,尖椒夠香麻,聞起上黎很樸鼻,皮蛋蘸上麻辣又真係辣得過癮。青紅蘿蔔螺頭老火湯中式老火湯我都好中意,夠香濃。青紅蘿蔔下火,螺頭滋陰,在秋冬天飲用好潤喉又下火。鮮淮山炒和牛和牛片肉味香濃,而且每片的油脂分佈平均,鮮淮山對脾胃有益,醬汁惹味,枝豆,菇菌都入味。砂鍋大澳蝦醬唐生菜膽熱辣辣上鍋,開蓋時已經聽到滋滋聲,咸香味處處,大澳出名蝦醬,充滿本土風味。唐生菜膽鮮嫩,配上蝦乾,伴飯一流。
