選了近玻璃窗的梳化位置,裝潢以至餐具都甚為精緻,茶壺上有註明是英記茶莊的普洱茶包,意想不到的高級享受。點餐後會送上話梅車厘茄,已剝皮的車厘茄用話梅汁浸過,上面灑上桂花作點綴,味道酸酸甜甜,清潤又開胃的小前菜蔥香萵筍絲非常清新爽脆,調味亦恰到好處,不錯鹹蛋黃竹炭蘿蔔絲酥餅口感鬆軟,入邊有大量的蘿蔔絲,配上鹹蛋黃蓉,味道異常地夾,擺盤亦頗為用心四川牛肝菌福花乾鍋,是啫啫椰菜花肉片煲,用燒熱的砂鍋將食材加熱至完全乾身,唔會水汪汪,椰菜花煮得爽口,豬肉肉質軟腍古法紅蝦炒新竹米粉,新竹米粉比較幼,炒得好乾身之餓仲條條分明,龍蝦肉彈牙,鑊氣十足!乳鴿一隻切開四份,皮脆肉嫩,皮薄帶焦香,咬落完全不韌,灑上淮鹽更滋味😍😍 旁邊放咗一件青森蘋果叉燒酥作裝飾,外皮鬆化,口感及賣相都是一流💯‼️
