黎得中環玩,緊係要醫左肚先喇,為左費事走出揾野食,一上openrice就見到公司有間舖頭未食過,於是就去左試下有咩好食,行行下見到呢間舖個名叫中華滙館,見到好似裝修幾靚嘅我地,就走左入去開飯。花雕醉乳鴿一開始就緊係要簡個前菜先喇,呢個花雕醉乳鴿個味真係好濃,入口有濃濃的花雕味,淨過都唔錯,而且乳鴿嘅份量絕對唔小,令人驚喜。潮蓮燒鵝燒鵝好有口感,夠晒大件,加埋佢本身果種淡淡嘅燒汁味,唔需要任何嘅調味都已經好令人滿足。清湯蘿蔔和牛未入口之前已經令人覺得非常驚喜,因為比較少餐廳用和牛腩黎咁樣煮,入口後令人感覺滑身好夠牛味,仲入口即溶。鮮蝦籽火腩粒炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,而且有火腩粒,入口夠晒口感,餐廳仲用左蝦籽舖面,個樣都已經加好多分。餐廳比起一般嘅舖頭所有野都更精緻,食材亦都更加新鮮,有機會都要再黎

花雕醉乳鴿
一開始就緊係要簡個前菜先喇,呢個花雕醉乳鴿個味真係好濃,入口有濃濃的花雕味,淨過都唔錯,而且乳鴿嘅份量絕對唔小,令人驚喜。
