收工後約了一位舊同事到尖沙咀樂天皇朝吃飯聚舊。海鮮皇炒飯以蝦、帶子與魚籽炒成,飯粒乾身而且不油,用料香口。令人想吃一啖再一啖。兩人平均都有碗半至兩碗。青芥末蝦球爽呀彈牙,以青芥末做芡汁加上魚籽清新開胃,以鳥巢裝上令賣相提升之餘亦淮山杞子鮮螺頭湯有鮮螺頭、淮山、杞子、排骨、赤肉鹵雞、雞腳活血健身,有提神補氣作用。湯很清而且不油膩。每人大約都有三至四碗。至於椒鹽香酥鮮淮山都頗特別,淮山口感爽脆,以椒鹽炒更惹味。最後來一碗椰子西米露湯圓,西米皮很薄而內裡的黑芝麻很香。椰子西米露很清甜潤喉。
