初二開年飯，疫情下揀咗近年最hit嘅盤菜。今次試吓Crowne Plaza酒店嘅六人「鮑魚聚寶盆菜」，貪佢貴精不貴多，有8頭蠔皇鮑魚、花膠、海參、瑤柱、香煎大蝦、沙井蠔、花菇、貴妃雞及蠔皇鴨掌同手打鯪魚球。食材質素幾好，海參、花膠、鮑魚同鴨掌大大件，味道唔錯。鍾意佢唔會有太多立立雜雜食材，夠精緻。跟餐有兩盒南乳鮑汁，味道比較濃，建議落一盒已經相當足夠。酒店附送一個粉紅色嘅不鏽鋼煲，好精美，可以用明火或電磁爐，食完盤菜仲可以保留個煲之後用。
