星期六又係約朋友去食好西時間,睇啲ig 見到好多人黎尖沙咀呢間手工意粉餐廳,我地就梗係唔執輸快啲去試試啦~~ 一黎到就見到佢地既5 course dinner $538 我地見每枱都有叫 咁就梗係跟啦! 最後我地叫左一個5 course dinner + 卡邦尼手打意粉$168酥皮蟹肉撻落完單之後,餐廳每位都會送呢個welcome food,酥皮金黃上面鋪滿蟹肉正正~5 course set 連入面有前菜+湯+意粉+main 同甜品 前菜:日式醬油漬溏心蛋黃多士薄薄既多士,上面係一層黑松露意大利軟芝士加魚子醬,入面就係三粒日式醬油漬溏心蛋黃 蛋黃香濃再有陣陣甜味 好特別甘荀忌廉湯配餐包好creamy 好香甘荀味話明呢度出名手工意粉,就梗係要試試!佢地既意粉全部都係每日人手製作,口感特別柔韌~ 番茄白酒青口手打意粉闊條麵條條沾滿醬汁,醬汁唔算好濃,配合埋白酒青口,味道剛好~相反呢個卡邦尼手打意粉就真係好香濃!意粉做到 al dente,而且每啖都食到煙肉粒,再加上醬汁好creamy,每一口都係十級滿足!美國頂級安格斯西冷雖然只有兩塊,但西冷牛扒質素高,牛肉味濃油脂豐滿,配埋醬汁入口一流伯
