媽咪最近生日,而佢一向就鍾情中菜。但我想同佢食得好啲,所以就去左中環既中華匯館,食中式既fine dining。我地叫左杏汁燉白肺湯 (HKD 120),蟹肉瑤柱栗米羹 (HKD 100)。主食就叫左香煎北海道帶子 (HKD 180),銀絲焗釀鮮蟹蓋 (HKD 220),椒麻和牛肩肉 (HKD 220),西施牛尾 (HKD 180),麵醬三香條 (HKD 180),羊肚菌腐皮素卷 (HKD 180)。而甜品就要左芝麻卷 (HKD 28) 核桃餅 (HKD 28) 桂花紅豆糕 (HKD 28)。前菜有鹿兒島茶美豚叉燒,黑魚子流心蛋,蜂巢鳳美蝦同麻辣口水雞。叉燒同口水雞既肉質好軟熟,好稔,而流心蛋加黑魚子既味道同口感都好豐富。至於個鳳美蝦飲質好鮮甜而炸得唔油膩。個白肺湯好好味,食落去有濃厚既杏仁口感,白肺又多又足料,正。而個蟹肉羹味道唔錯,蟹肉又多又鮮甜。個帶子好大粒,上面仲有黑魚子,而點埋佢個南瓜汁,真係好好味呀。而個蟹蓋賣相唔錯,而且好好肉地,味道又好又鮮甜,黎到呢刻,見到媽咪食得咁開心已經好滿足。個牛肩肉炸得好香口,但唔肥膩,佢個秘製醬汁味道都唔錯。而個牛尾酸酸甜甜,令到我既味蕾好撞

個牛肩肉炸得好香口,但唔肥膩,佢個秘製醬汁味道都唔錯。而個牛尾酸酸甜甜,令到我既味蕾好撞擊。真係好好味!!!

至於個三香條同腐皮卷就係素食黎既。三香條有茄子,青豆條同豆腐乾條,味道都算幾清淡同健康。至於個腐皮卷炸得好脆口,內裏有好多羊肚菌。

至於個甜品,我個人就比較喜歡芝麻卷,但係核桃餅乾同桂花糕都好好味。
