賀天今次去咗間提供「賀天」特色菜式嘅日式餐廳,感受到佢哋對日式美食推崇備至。首先上咗個「日本帆立貝海膽盛合丼」,整碗丼飯高而大,海膽同帆立貝份量十足,配上特製醬汁,入味鮮美,難怪係人氣焦點菜式。之後嚟個「時令壽司拼鮑魚杯飯」,壽司製作細緻,配搭高貴嘅鮑魚,令味蕾一浪接一浪。再嚟就係我個人最愛嘅「美國牛柳串」同「牛舌」,以「買一送一」嘅優惠大大讓我感動,牛肉質嫩滑多汁,不過佢哋嘅焗烤水準亦十分出眾。「蒲燒白鱔」方面,鱔肉肥美Q彈,表皮軟香入味,佢哋嘅燒烤技術可見一斑。最後我諗食個「時令蛋糕-檸檬芝士蛋糕」,蛋糕爽口爽滑,配合清新嘅檸檬味,真係令我大呼過癮。最後佐以「巨峰乳酸雪糕飲品」,這甜品組合簡直幫我消滅咗今次meal嘅所有痕跡!整體來講,呢間餐廳嘅「賀天」特色菜式不愧為人氣之選,無論在質素定創意方面都無可非議,絕對值得推薦給大家!
