灣仔酒店內的高端湘菜,一進去就看到暗黑色華麗而又低調的裝修,也有獨立的VIP房間,環境舒適。之前比較少接觸湘菜,但每上一道菜都有店員作介紹,好貼心。餐前小食香脆紅薯片少甜不油膩,而且Presentation很有派頭!組庵豆腐 $268/位店員介紹這道菜經過繁複的純手工工序,湯汁以土雞、豬肉和鮮魚等多種食材熬製和過濾,色澤黃金明淨,豆腐細嫩、入口溶化,清純富豆香,加上湯汁的鮮肉香,味道平衡又華麗。爆炒湘西臘肉 $288/例臘肉肥瘦分明,晶瑩通透,頗有口感。鹹香味道很有層次,加上爆炒的鑊氣和辣度,配飯一流。東北大米飯 $28米飯粒粒分明,比一般的飯粒更乾身、更有黏糯感。茶位 $28菊花茶味道清香,整朵鮮黃菊花飄在水面,賣相高貴優雅。
