最近,帝苑酒店推出staycation計劃吸引港人到酒店住宿,期間更會提供早,午及宵夜套餐,價錢相當優惠。而此計劃最吸引之處就是午餐時段,可以選擇酒店內指定的餐廳。而我發現四季菊也有包括在此計劃內,所以決定一試。因為四季菊是曾經入選福布斯旅遊指南的其中一間高檔日本料理餐廳。餐廳設計配合日式江戶時代感覺,區域劃分明顯,有bar枱,有vip房,有鐵板燒房。而因為今次我們是STAYCATION PACKAGE, 已指定了午餐的選擇,所以未有特別點其他的菜式。午餐一共有五道菜!沙律和前菜都是一般日本餐的蕃茄沙律和茶碗蒸,味道並未有特別驚喜!我們二人分別點了兩份不同主菜!右邊的薄燒牛肉,燒時加入葱花,減少肥膩感及香口!還配有炸蒜片,口感薯片一樣脆口,跟牛肉一同享用令牛肉更有層次!另外一款主菜是黑豚平燒!把豚肉舖上薄薄一層炸粉來燒,可惜不能令豚肉水份提升!反而令整體更乾身,幸好配有醬汁及洋蔥,中和豚肉的缺點。但味道較為清淡!甜品較為驚喜!因為menu寫上水果啫喱,以為是一般的啫喱甜品!但這個配上牛奶布甸層,令甜味提升。
