今日約左個朋友食lunch,因為佢要返工關係,我地揀左間喺佢公司附近既呢間Coti~ 餐廳唔算太大,位置有十個左右,店員見到我地就好nice咁介紹有咩好食~ 我地睇左個menu,最尾決定叫左個carbonara 同牛肋骨飯卡邦尼半熟蛋意粉:佢做法雖然簡單但唔係間間都整得好味!一黎到,見意大利煙肉份量頗多,其油香肉味亦非常突出,每啖都將近都食到有煙肉,為意粉增添上不同口感和味道,而意粉因為有半熟蛋嘅加持令其口感更為滑身,醬汁濃稠,每條意粉被濃濃嘅醬汁包裏住,非常creamy !烤牛肋骨飯:牛肋骨煮得非常軟稔同非常入味,而採用嘅牛肋骨嘅肉味都好濃郁,唔會因為醬汁嘅味而掩蓋其肉味。而口感方面因為有再將其烤製所以仍能保持應有嘅口感,唔會太爛太碎,實屬難得,而佢哋呢度嘅醬汁算係採用較為中式嘅方法炮製,可算係比較有驚喜嘅地方。野飲呢我地就叫左 焦糖布甸咖啡同抹茶鮮奶焦糖布甸咖啡:咖啡表面有層焦糖布甸,香氣十足,咖啡飲落每啖都有陣陣嘅焦香嘅味,同咖啡本身嘅味道非常之夾。抹茶鮮奶:呢度嘅抹茶茶味勁濃,但係平時應有嘅苦澀味就比預想嘅少好多,加埋鮮奶入口更為順滑。
