路過銅鑼灣發現原來開咗一間新嘅餐廳叫探花,裏面嘅環境裝修得好靚,連餐具都非常精緻餐廳有供應點心、主菜、小食同甜品等等西班牙紅蝦水晶餃咁靚嘅粉紅色係用紅菜頭汁整出黎,啖啖蝦肉,除咗好靚嘅粉紅色蝦餃之外,仲會有一件蝦球,底下個醬汁係龍蝦頭嘅蝦膏整成,味道濃郁鮮味鮑魚酥有原隻鮑魚喺面,格外矜貴個皮好鬆脆,仲有香菇做餡料椒鹽黑白豆腐外脆內軟,黑色係竹炭味個豆腐好滑紅米腸粉肯定係蝦膠,仲加咗啲蛋黃醬係底仲俾脆卜卜既脆餅包住,點少少豉油已經好好味探花XO醬小炒王平時食開嘅小炒王都係用韭菜,呢度用嘅係花生芽,份外爽口清甜,用xo醬炒好惹味,仲有好多海鮮乾煸黑毛豬肉崧芥蘭咁我就咁聽個名好似好普通,其實佢哋個芥蘭係只係用中間既芥蘭芯,去除頭尾攞咗最柔嫩嘅部份,所以好爽口同好甜,你平時唔食芥蘭嘅朋友都讚好味古法紅蝦炒新竹米粉新竹米粉比較幼,炒得好乾身,蝦肉好鮮好彈牙佢哋仲有好多其他特色菜,下次要再嚟試吓先
