To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期四同男朋友去左間好別緻既餐廳食晚飯。黑松露椰菜花忌廉湯飲落好creamy，黑松露味好香，好好飲。巴馬火腿(24個月)・水牛芝士・蜜瓜擺盤勁靚，彷如一個花圈，五顏六色，眼睛食飽左先，要讚下個蜜瓜好甜。法式香草薯蓉焗脆皮田螺薯蓉好幼滑，同田螺好夾，脆皮好香口。慢煮加拿大保濕豬鞍・燒意大利雜菜豬鞍軟嫩，肉質完全唔鞋唔韌，好好咬，味道又好。雜莓意大利奶凍甜品好出色，賣相精緻之餘，口感綿滑，奶味好出，一啲都唔heavy，可以食多個添。蝶豆花檸檬蜜·自家漬梳打顏色好靚，連啲冰粒都係藍色架，好有心機。
