To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間精緻嘅西餐廳,menu 選擇好多,我們選了四道菜, 每款都好有特色, 我們過了一個輕鬆愉快嘅晚上。 好有東南亞風味,清新嘅橘子汁, 配上墨西哥辣椒加埋三文魚子嘅海水味,頭盤算係好有心思同埋有層次, 抵讚!擺盤非常漂亮,用菠菜汁加入薯蓉配上紫薯片,影相真係好靚海膽好大隻,顏色鮮豔、非常新鮮!黑松露配海膽及忌廉醬汁,食入口口感非常複雜,各款食材沒有搶去其他食材嘅味道。全晚最好味嘅係這個半炸馬頭魚,連魚鱗都炸到脆卜卜,又可以保留 嫩滑嘅肉質,油溫控制做得超好!高檔食材,肉質細密, 味道及賣相 甚為討好!最後當然唔少得甜品時間, 我們點了一個 ,榛子及奶油真係超配, 係我嘅至愛!

擺盤非常漂亮,用菠菜汁加入薯蓉配上紫薯片,影相真係好靚


[黑松露海膽扁意粉]
海膽好大隻,顏色鮮豔、非常新鮮!黑松露配海膽及忌廉醬汁,食入口口感非常複雜,各款食材沒有搶去其他食材嘅味道。

[半炸馬頭魚 Tilefish]
全晚最好味嘅係這個半炸馬頭魚,連魚鱗都炸到脆卜卜,又可以保留 嫩滑嘅肉質,油溫控制做得超好!
高檔食材,肉質細密, 味道及賣相 甚為討好!

最後當然唔少得甜品時間, 我們點了一個 [Hazelnut cream cake],
榛子及奶油真係超配, 係我嘅至愛
